Lose Weight by Thanking God - DAY NINE

Friday January 9, 2009

Here's a very powerful technique: it's about connecting with and praising God, and thinking of Him with everything you do and eat.

It's simple - just keep God in mind.  When you wake up in the morning, your first thought or spoken word could be, "good morning, God, thank you!"  Before you brush your teeth or put on clothes, thank God.

Of course, before eating breakfast or any meal or snack say a prayer or have a moment of silence.

Also put the Divine into everything you do.  Before you start anything, such as walking to your car, driving, turning on the radio, or starting work - say a mental prayer to God.

Yes, if you do this you'll be thinking of God and Spirit all day and all night long.  You'll have thought of Him a thousand times or more!  You will be full with God!

Better to be full of God than overeating.  Of course, as always, if you need help, reach out to God, saying, "God, I need help.  I can't do this alone."  Help will immediately come.  The new idea is to thank God when everything's fine, and to infuse your life and being with God.

Can you please tell me if there is a place to find past articles or tips? For example this article on Thanking God - DAY NINE, how do I find days ONE - EIGHT?? Or was there those days? I have had problem with my computer and lost a lot of emails, so I assume I must have gotten it, but it is gone... I'd like to have this particular one as well as others I have seen or read from back in September of 2008 and I saved the email newsletter but when I click on the link it is "todays Message" not the one I clicked on.. I just wondered if there was a way to find past information, articles, tips, messages etc and if so how do I do that..

I hope to hear back and look forward to a response so I can find days ONE-Eight of this particular one and hopefully info on how to find other older ones I saved on my computer thinking I could go back and click on the links and the info would be there, but it's not...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Health and Blessings
Gabi
