Losing weight is every overweight problem like me!I never really
care about my weight before until the lady of weight loss inspired
me.My need to loss weight is sky high!Like when i was 11 years back,i
weigh 115 lbs.,but thanks for reminding me that time heals all!meaning
losing my weight takes time.I want to thank my American cute dad who
enrolled me at the 24 hrs fitness, thanks dad!
I fast only drinking juices and coffee one day a week. Also, I have been walking more. When I hear music that inspires me, I move doing an aerobic dance. I know it will take time to lose the weight, but I am taking one day at a time and having an optimistic view.
I disagree with you wholely here. Time DOES NOT heal all. There are people out there that hold gievenances and hurt against you and although you forgive them and yourself if those people are in your family, it's still hurtful and out there. When you are out of work and can not find a job, you continue on a downward spiral and things do not get better even when you are leaning on God because that is all you have to lean on. Stop this damaging adage becuase it is not true.
Well, I am in the business of looking for solutions. I believe that if a person is unemployed, the whole downward spin is a pretty lousy excuse to sit and eat yourself silly. I say get off your butt and keep looking for work, quit eating so much and be around positive people!! Things do take time, God will provide for us, but only in his time. Keep the faith and do whats right and good things will definately happen for anyone! Pick up the phone, call someone and ask them how THEY are doing. Help someone else. Get out of yourself and be thankful for what you do have! Nothing is impossible!!
