I have everything I could possibly need. God is good to me. I am the one that is hard on me. So I need to relax and enjoy. Thanks for the reminder.

Dr.Chumley,

I am so glad that you have brought this subject up. I know lots of people who do not see all the blessings God has bestowed on them. Nor do they look for them. It is so easy to find the negative, than it is to find the positive.
I urge all of us to be truly Happy with what we have, and recognize the blessings we have everyday !!! God is among all of them ..:)
Blessings To all !!!

Thank you much for this today! I am so thankful for my health, strength and my children. I am beautiful, blessed and thankful for everything. I must remember to be thankful in all things and not negative about me or my life.

I am not worthless to my family, or to my boss.

God has been good to me in so many ways. I am so thankful for my family, and for my health being as good as it is, considering how I have treated myself for so many years.

You are so right about this I am one of the many people who is guilty of doing this and I did just take a moment to thank God for all the good in my life. And you know what I never realized I have some much to be thankful for. So thanks be to my almighty father and thanks ever so much to you Dr. Norris for putting this out there.

I needed this. I just recently made a list of goals and that's one thing that is on my list. Basically the whole list comes down to telling myself that I'm ok and giving thanks for what I have, not what I don't have. This is hard work but it is well worth it.
