We’re halfway into the first month of the new year and I still have a nagging 20 pounds that have been bothering me for the longest time. Not just another New Year resolution diet, I am going to lose a little weight, and stay healthy — like I have been. Call it a New Years diet tune-up.

Yes I’ve lost 160 pounds and kept it off for a long time but I really need to lose another 20 more. Starting today, I am eliminating all carbohydrates and sugar from my diet.

I am committing to lose the bread, the pasta, the crackers in order to lose those 20 pounds. Here I ago. Join me!
