“…Life and being are of God…” “God’s being is infinity, freedom, harmony, and boundless bliss.” “God is the infinite, and infinity never began, will never end, and includes nothing unlike God.” There is one infinite Life, one infinite being, one infinite God. Life is nothing less than God. There is just God.

God is being. God is being Himself, and calls what He is being ‘man.’ Everything is God seeing; God feeling; God knowing. What God sees; what God feels; what God knows – man is. No other seeing; no other feeling; no other knowing exists.

Said another way, God is consciousness or Mind. Mind by its nature expresses ideas. Ideas never leave the Mind that expresses them. How could they? Where would they go? Ideas are only what the source is thinking. Ideas are a way the source expresses itself. Then if God is consciousness and consciousness is Mind, God expresses man in the form of idea that never leaves the Mind of God.

As such, idea or man has no capacity to see, feel, know separate from Mind or God. God’s man is nothing of its own, having no inherent qualities or capabilities but simply the Life of God in self-expression. In this true being, wherein man is the experience of all that God is showing forth, there is no unsupported idea; nothing in an orbit of its own; nothing less than the complete, whole and satisfied self-expression of the all-Mind.

As natural as a child’s innocent smile, man is the smile of God. He reflects the one Mind being his own true identity or Life. This unbroken, indestructible relationship does its own work manifesting harmony and joy and light. Man does not struggle. Man does not fall. He does not exist in a form that is capable of struggle or fall by trying to understand (or escape) the one Mind from a so-called standpoint outside of Mind. “God is His own infinite Mind, and expresses all.” The premise of a standpoint of awareness outside the Infinite is impossible. It is the dream constituting the dreamer, and its experience never leaves dreamland. The infinite Mind does not have to wake from the dream, for the dream is all there is to that which is dreaming it. Anything claiming a mind – and so a capacity to say “I” apart from Mind – is nothing but illusion. There is no other mind to be reached or to be instructed, or to come into line; no other mind to accept or to oppose or to embody any concept unlike good. “God is everywhere and nothing apart from Him is present or has power.”

Despite the apparent persistence of the illusion of a dreamlife separate from God, man ever remains unaffected as God’s Life-expression. “Nothing really has Life but God, who is infinite Life; hence all is Life…” The fact cannot be overemphasized – nothing exists outside of God to know God or to reject God or to reach out to God. While from one point of view the path leading to understanding God’s allness seems straight and narrow, the consciousness of God’s allness and the demonstration thereof, does not take into account a so-called ‘straight and narrow’ path leading to the understanding of this fact. The truth is: no path exists. It is all God. There is only God. Thus does belief in error – paths to or from holiness – fade out before the awareness of God (God’s awareness of Himself).

God’s self-awareness, pure consciousness as infinite Mind, has no basis in belief. Only the “I” that is God can look through the lens of understanding and see itself reflected as one, infinite, indivisible, power, presence, and knowledge. And that is why man as God’s self-awareness expressed lives fully exempt from the shifting scenes and limitations of person and its troubles. God looks through ‘the lens of understanding’ and sees only perfection – sees only perfect man. God has never known even a temporary lapse from, or return to, harmony. Therefore, nothing comes into man’s experience that is not God’s purity, God’s dominion, God’s affection, God’s health living itself as man. The fact is, man is purity; man is dominion; man is affection; man is health. Man is the thought of God. He cannot experience a job, a home, an income group, an age bracket, or health issues apart from the pure understanding of Mind. It is impossible. God’s self-awareness and the continuous nurturing of its ideas constitute the spiritual fact about which the seeming saga of human existence misstates. God’s Life expressed as man never entertained a misperception of anything.

“God is harmony’s selfhood.” [Therefore] “Man’s harmony is no more to be invaded than the rhythm of the universe.” There is no way to get away from that fundamental fact. It transcends all human histories and all human sorrows. Man is not human. Man is the thought of God. Man is the immensity of God’s love in perfect harmony. “…God is All-in-all; and you can never be outside of His oneness.” “…God alone is man’s life.”
