Claim the Miracle!

posted by Melanie Lutz

When going after something that to the present circumstance seems impossible like curing Alzheimer’s it often times requires a bold statement of intent.  As I was walking home through Beverly Hills, I saw this sign “This is Where it Will Happen” blockading off the sidewalk closure containing the construction of a new building harkening a new research and healing center for Cedars-Sanai Medical Center.

In taking a stand in the face of a currently incurable storm that a cure is possible creates a field of faith and expanded possibility. In this field of faith, the angels of our better nature can rise into the purest inspiration where dedication and discipline yield the eradication of disease by declaring this is it.

Construction is well underway and in 2013 Cedars-Sinai will open the doors bringing together the ultimate center for research and patient treatment.

“Approximately 1,900 patients, guests, and staff will enter the Advanced Health Sciences Pavilion each day, and all of them will pass through the George W. Schaeffer Lobby on the plaza level.  The 11-story, 440,000-square foot facility will offer convenient state-of-the-art outpatient care and will house Cedars-Sinai’s nationally renowned Heart Institute and neurosciences departments – all in one healing, eco-friendly building prominently located on the corner of San Vicente Boulevard and Gracie Allen Drive.”

Having a vision beyond what is presently possible and stretching into the future I commend the Cedars-Sinai Team for their fundraising efforts, construction crews, leadership in the health care field and every member of the planning committee and the staff that joined together to say yes, we will create a healing center that beacons through the doubts and fear to provide care and offer hope to all that are challenged by illness.

Many people will cross this threshold and in doing so they will bring with them unexpected and ever increasing healing results transcending the disconnection and isolation that follows a diagnosis.

If you are in a situation where you need support to strengthen your faith. Start by claiming the miracle. Know that whatever the outcome when you expand your thinking and open up to remembering that all things are possible and each action of faith brings with it an opening for those who will follow your statement of intent.

Give in this moment the fullness of your expression and say “Yes!” Each yes is rewarded.  This is where it will happen.  This is where an ancient wound will find healing in this present moment free of the past launching us into a new future where things worried about today have no bearing in our peace filled future where we decided to claim it.

Wishing you a most Wonderful Day!
