I agree with the tips to fresh living. However I find them hard to live by. But with the grace of God, I hope insert them into my daily living. The spiritual practices posted by Your Name are great. I pray to God that I can live in such a way.

In the things I do, I exercise common sense with all of them.
I have a blatant sense of humor, and I find a way every day to
laugh at myself.
I laugh for the sake of laughter and I do not laugh to hurt anyone's
feelings-------sometimes things tickle me on the inside and I do not
laugh aloud yet I am still tickled.
I have a complicated mind which can work physics problems, yet I have
a simple heart and it does not take much to make me happy.
I will listen to what people have to say whether or not I agree with
them.
Sometimes I finish what I am supposed to do early, and I simply go somewhere and I just think and sit.
I think thinkable thoughts because I have the capacity to think them.
After I think all the time, I end up doing something for the community and something for myself.
Sometimes, I just like to hang out with friends and boogie-------I
don't care for wild romance, all I care to do is boogie and dance.
And when I'm dancing sometimes I'm laughing at the way I dance and the way my friends dance also because I tease hard.
They used to call me the "dancing fool".
I depend very heavily on music, being a music lover.
When I am supposed to be serious about things, I am serious about them.
I am not inappropriate just friendly.
Sometimes people think they are really groovy---then everyone ends
up at the same place, the same time drinking the same orange juice.
I'm one of the lucky ones, I can drink the soymilk and still have the
orange juice etc. without getting a stomachache.
God wants us to enjoy life, and have it abundantly.
When our savior was on this earth, he was not a religious being.
When you care about your self and others around you, you cannot be
religious either.
I've gone outside my comfort zone many a day to do things to help
people, and I have always been blessed.
Noone is perfect but what goes around comes around.
My gift to myself and others is the gift of laughter.
I am a diligent and hard worker, but I do ot with a sense of humor.
Have a nice day.

I found great inspiration by reading the tips on living fresh. I pray everyday that God would guide me in the right path and direction in life. By praying everyday, it gives me such hope and joy.
