Hang in There!

This little retro kitteh poster has been flashing in my brain a lot lately as a kind of ironic yet sincere form of comfort. Thought you might enjoy the image and the message, however screechingly cheezy.

And here are some "hang-in-there"-style quotes to go along with it. You've heard them before, but you might need to hear them again:

" When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on."  - Franklin D. Roosevelt

" If you're going through hell, keep going." - Winston Churchill

"I know God will not give me anything I can't handle.  I just wish that He didn't trust me so much." - Mother Teresa

"I ask not for a lighter burden, but for broader shoulders." - Jewish Proverb

"When it is dark enough, you can see the stars."  - Ralph Waldo Emerson

"No rain, no rainbows." - Hawaiian proverb

"Perhaps everything terrible is in its deepest being something helpless that wants help from us."  - Rainer Maria Rilke

"I have woven a parachute out of everything broken."  - William Stafford

"If the wind will not serve, take to the oars."  - Latin Proverb

"A diamond is merely a lump of coal that did well under pressure." - Unknown

"If you hear a voice within you say 'you cannot paint, then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced." -Vincent Van Gogh

"We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do." - Marianne Williamson

Amazing Photo. I liked the Cat Hanging on a tree. Even the Quotes related to the picture are also interesting.
