With the holidaze upon us--a.k.a. Healthy Diet? What Healthy Diet? Season--a little bit of food mindfulness can go a long way. So I thought I'd share this article from our content partner Divine Caroline (we'll be hand-selecting and sharing features from them a couple of times a month here--in exchange for them sharing some of our articles on their site), on food swaps learned from resident nutritionist on "The Biggest Loser."
I really like these because they're not about eating fake anything or "dieting"--they're about replacing real food with even real-er food. For example--avocado replaces mayo, Greek yogurt stands in for regular yogurt, portobello mushrooms replace pizza dough. Neat. Check out the rest here:
