Ron Paul to Speak at Bob Jones University

Thursday January 17, 2008

Categories: Ron Paul

paul.jpgRon Paul, the candidate who recently quoted Sinclair Lewis's line that "when fascism comes to this country it will be wrapped in the flag, carrying a cross," is speaking at the fundamentalist Bob Jones University this evening. God-o-Meter will try to make it. Of course, university chancellor Bob Jones III has already endorsed Mitt Romney.

How could you rate a man that has delivered 4000 babies below an adulterer. Dr. Paul has been happily married to the same woman for 50 years, has supported his children and three of the 5 kids are doctors like their father. He has 18 grandchildren and 1 great grand child. During Dr. Paul's medical career, if the person didn't have money to pay him, he treated them anyway. Giuliani is a SINNER!!! IN EVERY FORM OF THE WORD!!! The real hero's of 9/11 are the Firemen. The NYC Fire Department said that they will take Mr. 9/11 down if he becomes the GOP Nominee. McCain and Thompson are also ADULTERERS. I have lost my faith in YOU! YOU DOWN PLAY A TRUE CONSERVATIVE for FRAUDS! On my GOD-O-METER RON PAUL IS A 10.

I bet it breaks Ron Paul's heart to lose that coveted Bob Jones Militant Fundamentalist endorsement. The fact that Jones endorses Romney is just one more reason to not vote for the man who states, "freedom requires religion." Aren't Swedes free, although their country is 70% atheist? Of course, when you talk about Bob Jones, you're not talking about freedom in any sense of the word. Ron Paul will talk to the people there because he wants his message heard as widely as possible, and it doesn't mean he shares Bob Jones' values, any more than speaking before the ADL means that he celebrates Yom Kippur (not to imply any correlation between the values of the two.)

The God-o-Meter (pronounced Gah-DOM-meter) scientifically measures factors such as rate of God-talk, effectiveness—saying God wants a capital gains tax cut doesn't guarantee a high rating—and other top-secret criteria (Actually, the adjustment criteria are here).
