McCain Regrets Hagee Endorsement, but Embraces It

posted by dgilgoff | 1:27pm Monday April 21, 2008

Did anyone else rewind TiVo multiple times yesterday when John McCain discussed his endorsement from John Hagee yesterday on ABC’s This Week? McCain said both that he regretted seeking the endorsement from the Texas-based televangelist, who has a history of making anti-Catholic remarks, and that he was happy to have it. How can he have it both ways? And why was he laughing so much toward the end of the segment?5

He was laughing because he knows the voters don’t care.

“Dr. Hagee!?!” Who’d he buy that “Dr.” from and with what – last week’s double-decker sermon and 666 Wheaties’ box tops?
Really! Is there no shame left in America?

John”100 year war “McCain accepted Hagee endorsement for a few votes. Why did’t hagee endorse Huxabee a true believer? Does morals counts anymore,or was that just a smoke screen to endorse the GOP. What happen to God-fearing people? Are there any left? Have politics become the church’s god.
