Everybody in the material plane is consumed with their material lives without knowing that this body made of matter is temporary. The permanent soul, Jiva Atma is what exixts eternally. We are all stuck here on the material plane because of our karma, good or bad, it does'nt matter it is like a glue that keeps us stuck here. We can have good karma and go to heaven or bad karma and go to hell but eventually we end up here on this earth planet, where we have intelligence. Eventually we come to a realization, and get tiered of the over and over of being born and dieing and this material existnce and we seek knowlege of how to get out of the evlution called samsara.....reincarnation...
