I love this quote--it is so true, and use it often in my work as a psychotherapist.

There was an interesting piece last week in the L.A. Times suggesting that forgiving attitutdes have a strong genetic component.
I don't like to forgive so I'm very pleased to know that now I can blame it on the wrong genes.
