The answers are Steve Taylor and Chagall Guevara. The band also featured one of my favorite CCM guitarists Dave Perkins (who went on to later form Passafist). Check out the Petra tribute 'Never Say Dinosaur' for their song w/ Kmax of dcTalk fame.
