And you can not only follow his progress, but join him with your own weight loss resolution.Head over to the 09 in 90 website, where Weaver posts honest, humorous videos talking about his weight and working out. You can join the health initiative by sending in your own photos and tracking your successes with Weaver and others who are making change. You’ll find healthy food recipes, exercise techniques and more wellness information, and you can also meet the 90 in ’09 support team, which includes renowned wellness leaders Dr. Asa Andrew, known as “America’s Health Coach,” and Scott Reall, YMCA Restore Ministries’ founder and executive director. Good for him. The best part is he made it public, so others will be inspired by his efforts to make changes in their own lives as well. Eventually we may have to call the band “Thin Daddy Weave.” :)
Other Christian artists who’ve lost weight: Katie Giguere, Scott Krippayne. Lulu Roman. Any others you can think of?
