Jonas Brothers surprise Obama girls on Inauguration night

Wednesday January 21, 2009

JonasBros2.jpgInauguration night wasn't just full of fun for grownups. ABC News reports that Malia and Sasha had a party at the White House with friends from school, complete with a scavenger hunt and movies, and at the end? A surprise visit from the Jonas Brothers.

Can you imagine the screaming echoing through the White House?

The pop sensation trio hung out and played ping pong with the girls. Just one of the many benefits befitting the President's daughters, and the first, I'm sure, of many more that they (and their friends) will get to enjoy over the years.

We are so fortunate to have as our first children such down to earth young ladies who honestly enjoy the festivaties other children enjoy. Equally so, it's wonderful that Malia and Sasha share their blessings with others.

It's great that the girls will have this event to remember as their "own" celebration of their father's special day, while Mom and Dad were dancing the night away!
