Rockers Mae Offer New Download To Benefit Habitat For Humanity

Tuesday April 14, 2009

Maecharity.jpgRock band Mae is continuing their 12 months of charity with another download, "Night/Day". The song is offered to fans for a limited time for a donation of at least $1; all money raised goes to benefit Habitat for Humanity's building of a home for Rhonda Floyd and her three children in Newport News, VA.

The band has committed to raise $65,000 towards the project; so far, they've managed $27,000. As they say in their newsletter, "The finish line is in sight! Please continue to give and help us finish of Rhonda's house. Together, we can move mountains and make a miracle happen for an amazing family!"

You can learn more about the project on Mae's website.
