5 things you probably didn’t know about B. Reith

posted by Joanne Brokaw | 2:06pm Monday September 28, 2009

BReith.jpgB. Reith launched on to the Christian music scene with his 2008 EP, The Forecast. Now he brings his unique mixture of rap, R&B and rock to his new full length release, Now Is Not Forever.
It’s always fun to get an inside look at hot up and coming Christian music artists, and it’s even more fun to let them tell us about themselves. So I thought it would be fun to have B. Reith share a couple of insider tidbits for his growing fanbase:

5 things you probably didn’t know about B. Reith, in his own words:

1. I went to 3 different colleges in 5 years.

2. In 3rd grade I had to dress up as Uncle Sam for a musical and sing “Yankee Doodle Dandy.”

3. One time when I was working at the YMCA I thought some girls were checking me out but they were really looking at the piece of toilet paper that was stuck the bottom of my shoe.

4. I started playing drums in 8th and continued to play for my church worship team throughout high school.

5. Fresh out of college my friends talked me into wearing a skin tight Spiderman costume and running down Main Street in a town called Cedarburg. It was fun until a cop pulled me over and told me I was disturbing the peace.

* * * * * *

You can learn more about B. Reith on his website, and check him out live on the Creation Festival: The Tour, with headliners Jars of Clay, Thousand Foot Krutch and Audio Unplugged.
