I really like both of these songs. It’s Only is a very heartfelt song with a great message, and shows many of Danny’s strengths as a vocalist. My Best Days is fun and upbeat, also has a great message, and shows another dimension of Danny’s personality and singing abilities.
I’m just happy RCA Nashville had two such great options to choose from. I understand another song for Danny’s album was revealed today, look forward to hearing it.

I love both songs and think they will both do well. I guess My Best Days are Ahead of Me sounds more country. I have just heard a 3rd song written by Jeffery Steel that is absolutely beautiful. So far, 3 for 3 on Danny’s cd. It is going be amazing, can’t wait to buy it!

“My Best Days” is an upbeat, feel good song. I think it will have wider appeal. I can see something like this being very popular in live performances. And the video will be fun. I am willing to bet they will have Danny dancing. Danny said that when it was first performed at Sony, someone said that they can easily see this song being played in a movie. Ironically, the DJ in San Francisco who interviewed Danny said the same thing. It certainly features Danny’s soulful voice. And I don’t think the critics will claim that this is more of a CCM song. And it certainly fits Danny’s personality – he really is an upbeat, fun kind of guy.

Wow, I really like this song, very upbeat, great melody. This definitely has more of a country feel to it and I’m loving it.
Great Job on both songs Danny! I can hardly wait for your album.

Both songs are good but this one is more likely to be commercially successful – the other one is a nice ballad but not fantastic. Clearly this is more country
