What Is Real?

posted by The MEGA Coach

As Spiritual Beings, we create our own reality.
Our perceptions and the way we each perceive things, creates or colors our experiences.

When we are present in the moment or awake, we see the truth of what is.
When we see things from our own filters and biased perspectives, we see an illusion.
Either way, it is real to us at the time.

By choosing to see the truth and acknowledging what is life becomes clear and simple.
This requires presence and letting go of judgments and the ego.

Meditation does wonders to improve your higher faculties and also lessens and eliminates
negative judgments and patterns of thought or behavior.

In life things happen.
If we resist them, they persist and we usually make the lesson more difficult.

Even with the best of intentions, strange or bad things sometimes happen.
A key is not to be attached or stuck in this reality as the way it is.

As immortal, eternal and infinite Spiritual Beings created in the image of God,
we have freedom of choice and the co-creative ability.

In truth, no illness, negativity, limitation or poverty exists in the state of our true essence.
It is by believing the “illusion” or limitation that we give up our true power.

No matter what happens in our physical reality, it is temporary.
Instead of getting stuck in a negative reality, know and trust that there is a higher reality and truth and maintain this focus.

The key is to stay positive and connected to the higher reality no matter what the appearance on the physical level is.  Keep seeing your vision of what’s possible.

By maintaining a high, positive energy, you stay connected to your true essence and can create powerful outcomes.  As soon as you accept the negative or limited reality as real, then that is what you have.

Regardless of your present station in life, you have the potential to be fully conscious and to wisely and effectively use exceptional mental powers and functional abilities that will enable you to live as you are meant to live.  Choose to be spiritually aware, healthy, happy, prosperous and freely expressive in ways which enhance your life.  Imagine that which is possible and experience it.  You can.’
