Life is what we make it.
We have freedom of choice, of what actions we take and how we choose to be.

We can either be positive or negative.
We can choose either love or fear.

It takes just as much energy to be positive as it does to be negative,
but look at the difference in quality of life, health, relationships and success.

Everything we acknowledge manifests.
Our thoughts, words, feelings all come into action and we attract these realities into our lives.

We are powerful magnets attracting everything to us or repelling everything away from us depending on what your pattern is.

What is the benefit to focus your energy and attention on fear or negativity?
It is just a bad habit, a low energy and accident waiting to happen.

It creates disharmony, dis-ease, illness, pain, fighting, jealousy, poverty, war and the destruction of our planet and its natural resources.

Channel your energy into something positive, a nice thought, a good feeling
a kind or generous action and watch the energy grow and prosper.

Acknowledge others around you in a positive and meaningful way
and watch them grow and enjoy the relationship thrive.

Life is like a garden.
There are ebbs and flows or the seasons of spring & summer and fall & winter.

By planting your garden in good soil (mind) and giving it a good seed (thought) and giving it water and healthy food (taking positive and focused action) a beautiful flower grows and thrives (healthy result).

At different times, we must trim the plants and cut them back so that they can grow back even stronger – these are life’s challenges that make us better and stronger.

This is why we need to cleanse and detox our bodies and minds regularly.
To scrape the barnacles off our minds and out of our bodies.

If we want to save our planet from destruction, we each must take 100% total responsibility for our life, clean up everything in our life, our health, the resources we use, the way we treat ourselves and others.

We must each be good stewards for our life, and follow the simple proper principles of right livelihood.  Each healthy and responsible person creates a healthy responsible family, ….community….county and world.

We each have to be socially responsible, financially responsible and environmentally responsible.
It is time to stop looking for someone else to do it for us.

‘He who has health has hope and he who has hope has everything.’
It starts with our health of body, mind and spirit.

Then we must be responsible for proper living in all areas.
We must help each other……acknowledge each other in a meaningful way.

We must discover how to get along with our brothers and sisters regardless of race, creed or color. 
We all must share nicely or we all lose together.

God blesses us with total consciousness when we are born and then we can either chose to be conscious and aware that we are Spiritually, Enlightened Beings or we can focus on being mere human beings.

‘To err is human, to forgive divine.’

Let your light and love shine brightly for all to see.
Let’s live as the divine, spiritually enlightened beings that we truly are.

This is the time for Health, Wealth & Perfect Self-Expression.
The time is now.
