Your “self-talk” creates your feelings, actions and outcomes.

Many of us have inherited negative patterns, beliefs and values from our upbringing or from our own choices. By using affirmations and repeating them consistently over 21 days, you create a new pattern or belief system. When using affirmations, they have to resonate with you. Your words and pictures have to create a strong image and feeling for you. When you combine the words of an affirmation, with your strong feelings and pictures, you create a very powerful dynamic force – a new reality and experience.
