Create a positive and nurturing home environment and work environment.
Make sure you have an encouraging team – family, friends, co-workers, etc.
If you think you cannot do something or anything, stop and take a breath.
Find even one thing that you CAN do right now, where you are with what you have.
Each step links to the next step. You do not have to know how you are going to get there.
Just make sure you know WHAT you want and WHY you want it…the universe will show you the how.
