Who is on your team?
Do you consciously create teams and teamwork around you?

Do you acknowledge, recognize and appreciate your teammates and their contribution to your success? Do you make it fun and worthwhile for people to be on your team?

No matter how wonderful life is on your own, it is even more incredible when you can share it with others. Can you remember a time when someone helped you or when you needed a friend?

Look at the teamwork that it requires to bring a child into this world.
There is a saying that it takes a village to raise a child.

Have fun with your team.
Let them know how much you care.
