A positive thought expands your cells and adds energy and vitality to your health and body.
It makes you feel like you are flying.

Once you say it, you can never take it back. It is better to remain silent than be negative.
Every thing can be said in an appropriate way without having to be negative.
When you are teaching others, a little acknowledgement goes a long way. So does encouragement.
How do you feel when you are acknowledged and encouraged?
How do others feel when you acknowledge and encourage them?
Does their energy and confidence grow and increase?
In life there are challenges and obstacles that can appear on your path.
