The Way to Peace & Fulfillment

posted by The MEGA Coach

Recent events and the tragedy in  Sandy Hook have encouraged people all over America and the world to look at violence and the use of guns.  Acts of terrorism and people hurting other people have occurred since the beginning of human history.  There is a way to peace.  Our wisest leaders, philosophers and teachers have shared it with us for centuries.

It is the Golden Rule.
Be kind and considerate to yourself and others.

It requires courage and discipline to do the right thing, especially when tempted by evil, greed and power.  Be very clear – it is possible to live following proper principles successfully with total joy.  All it takes is to live practicing the ten commandments.  It takes being present in your life moment by moment.  It takes following the values of goodness and kindness inside your heart.

Roy Eugene Davis shared a message for the New Year:
“There is a proven way to be assured of total well-being and progressive spiritual growth.  It is to attentively nurture optimistic mental attitudes, clear states of consciousness and constructive behaviors now that will allow our highest good to be experienced in all aspects of life.  We are in the dawning phase of an emerging Era of Global Enlightenment.  We should be enthusiastic and optimistic while living each day as skillfully and wisely as possible.

We don’t have to allow external events or situations; subjective conditions such as thought, moods or subconscious inclinations; or the negative opinions of others to interfere with our rational thinking and behavior.  We can cultivate confidence, creatively imagine ideal possibilities, be decisive, behave constructively and meditate daily to be Self-knowing and fully conscious of our eternal relationship with the Infinite.  By being self-determined we can make inspired decisions and do things that enhance our lives and the lives of all others who are influenced by our mental states, states of consciousness and actions.”

The best way to success is by being an example of a good person.
Be kind to others.
Smile and give yourself and others grace.

Life is precious so focus your time, energy and resources on your highest and best choices for the good of all concerned!

God bless us all with Health, Wealth and Perfect Self-Expression!

smiles,
:) Lee
