Storing Gas in Garage or Shed

heloise hints, basement odors, life style hints* Store gas in a ventilated area, such as a garage or shed away from a gas heater or other potential flammable source. DO NOT ever place it the basement or inside your home.
* Keep gas up and away from children and pets. Secure the closets or areas where it is.
* Transport and store gas in containers made solely for holding gas.
* Use a spout when pouring gas, so that it does not spill.
