Wow. We did blueberry pancakes. And I’m not sure, but I think that this week’s menu is spaghetti with tomato sauce, then spaghetti with olive oil and parmy, then random-freezer-leftover-stew with leftover-bread, and so on.
Actually, the pancakes were so good I’m looking at the tiny bit of flour left in the bin and wondering if it’s enough for another batch.
Ooh, and oatmeal for dinner! Yeah!

those look yummy! i’ve never made bagels but the recipe i read sounds somewhat simple…
i don’t have that cookbook and can’t get it at the library. is the recipe similar to this one: http://www.artisanbreadinfive.com/?p=423 ? (because i do own the artisan bread cookbook!!!!)
