Unless you attended a film festival this year or you happen to live in New York or Los Angeles, you undoubtedly missed one of the best films of the year. I raved about the romantic drama “Once” this summer because of its refreshing take on a tale of two musicians falling in love. It is also a pure celebration of how art and the creative process are necessary to the soul.
So while it was inexplicably overlooked at the recent Golden Globe nominations, this is a great date movie, an inspiring kick in the pants to resurrect your dreams, and the best, overlooked DVD released this week.

I just caught this on DVD this weekend and it was excellent. I want to get myself the soundtrack, immediately...
