I love the movie Strictly Ballroom!!! You have good taste! Here are two more: The dance scene between the orthodox and jewish men in Fiddler on the Roof. And you can't beat any dance scene with Dick Vandyke in Mary Poppins!

I enjoy, and agree with, all the movies you've listed above...but my kids and I really enjoy the dance solo on Napoleon Dynamite! And there's one that was on UTube awhile back of a guy who did a dance timeline...it was brilliant! Check it out!

"Flashdance" and "Rent" are two of my favorite dance movies and neither one of them made it to the top 10 list! I guess I have no taste or could it be the other way around?!? Anyways if you like dance and musicals check out these two, they both put a little bounce in my step! "Have a Terrific Day"!

These are all great! There's one I really liked called "Dance With Me" with Vanessa Williams and Antonio Banderois, I think, I can't think of the older lady in it but she said "I want to do that", a he danced with her.

Why didn't you include "Flashdance'? Flashdance was a very inspiring fictional story for many dancers and the general public not to mention a great soundtrack.

I think STEP UP, SAVE THE LAST DANCE, and FLASHDANCE definitely deserve a place on your list. These movies are very inspirational, as the main character triumphs at the end with some awe-inspiring moves!
