Love is unconditional acceptance. It's seeing people through the eyes of the Lord!

Love is God foreseeing that my father would work with a christian man who invited my family to church where my father and mother gave their hearts to Him. Because of this, I was raised from the age of 7 in church where I gave my heart to God and eventually met the man I married who is also a christian. God loving us so much gave us three beautiful children after being told by doctors my husband would never father children. We raised our children in church. Our marriage has lasted 27 years. We believe God's love is the key to our marriage. Love is this and so much more. If I had to define love in just one other word it would be God.

Freely you gave it all for us, Surrendered your life upon that cross, Great is your love, Poured out for all, This is our God. Lifted on high from death to life, Forever our God is glorified, Sovereign king, Rescued the world, This is our God!

Now Thats what i call Love!! Jesus died to save us! how greater love is ther than this! None Whatsoever! Jesus is Love!!

I learned about love in two ways. First, my big brothers brought me to a youth group event when I was in jr. high and I heard the gospel message for the first time in my life. I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior but didn't truly understand the power of His love until several years later. After going through some very painful life experiences--including physical abuse, mental illness, and thoughts of suicide--I learned that even though I had in a sense walked away from God, He was always there beside me and urging me to come back to His loving arms. The second way I learned about love was when I met my husband. Before meeting him, I thought that true love was a myth--that men only wanted to rape you or beat you. My husband is a gift from God--and I praise Him every day that he has given me the best example of true love, next to the love of my heavenly Father.
