love is total sacrifise for your kids. I have always said if I am ever in a situation of my last wish before my death, I will always ask for my pastor to make sure I will release my kids to my pastor and then I am ready to go to meet my lord. Once my son told me "mommy I want to wake up every morning and see your beautiful eyes, I love you all the way to the sky" Love is finding yourself in your kids arms. They have the most honest pure hugs and smiles. love is when you see yourself in front of the cross and you thing how much God love you, and try to grasp it, and it is not possible. Love is endless.

God Bless you today and always

Love, when you feel it you will know no matter what it is in life. Loving life is amazing.Loveispeace, serenity, passion, the feeling is like no other. Leaves you breathless, blind to the ugly things in life. It is overwhelming and warm. Its as though you feel free. I pray that every living soul can experience Love once in their lifetime and keep it forever.

Love has so many facets - like a diamond that has been made ready to sell
to someone who will love it a lifetime. God is love. I remember that from
a very small child and have never departed from that knowledge. He has seen
me through two marriages, 4 children, a triple-by-pass operation...just for a
few.

As a 'gift' to me ... a gift of love, God gave me the ability to write poetry
as a child. Perhaps as young as 8. I still write everyday on a site on the
internet. I have more than 900 poems on there as of now. It is my joy and
my life. I live alone and suffer from several different disabilities, but
God is love and He keeps an angel by my shoulder always. I am 71 now and I
love and appreciate the life He has given to me. How did He pick me to be
so blessed?

I love Christian music and would be so happy to be considered in this
awesome offer. May you walk with God always and with every beat of your
heart remember to say 'God loves me and I love Him'

Blessings to all who pass this way

Love is God, scripture teaches that God is Love, and that He gave his love to us through His Son Jesus. We have the ability to love one another as God has loved us, if we just would think about the sacifice Jesus made for us on the cross. Love is describe in 1 Corinthians 13. With all the suffering today, and old song says "What the World Needs Now is Love," we need to remember to treat one another with kindness, stop thinking that we are so much better then someone else, and know that riches come in other forms besides money such as friendship, peace, understanding for example. This is what love is to me.

The beauty of a flower with its brilliant colors, heavenly fragrant and perfect form, warm steady breeze, the waves lapping the sandy shoreline these are a few of God's gifts. Humanity, seeing both the good and bad in people and loving them anyway this is God's love. Knowing that you are imperfect, vulnerable and need God's love and guidance, this is love. Dancing and singing until your heart is filled with his amazing grace, this is love. Looking in the eyes of your spouse after all those years and ups and downs and knowing that they are apart of you, this is love. Living every day in his wisdom, teachings and guidance this is God's
love.

Never forget that you are always loved even at the most difficult times in our lives he is always watching, listening and is ready to render assistance to us when we surrender to him.

WE all pretty much know what love is but I would like to tell you all bout someone who I really love. First and formost I love God with every being in my soul. He has been there for me through the good and the bad. He is the truth the liight and the way. Without him nothing I have achieved in my life would be posiible. He has blessed me with a loving family and a spirit to give and keep on giving. Recently I found out my mom was being deployed to Iraq. God made it possible for me to accept that and have faith she will come home safely. I am so thankful I have God on my side. Please pray for me and my family and I will do the same for u. I love everyone and pray for every one. Love Love Love how sweet the sound!

Love is an uncondissional sense of connection, and an unbreakable bounding of the soul. With love, the small and meek develope the power of a bull, and the big and strong can be tamed like a common house cat. Walls have been tourn down, great inventions have been produced, great feets of heroism, great acheivements of athletes, Businesses are built, communities, cities, countries, civilizations are formed. this is the power of love.

First and foremost...God is love! "Agape' love" is love that is equal for all from God. Love should be unconditional, forgiving, respectful, caring and sharing no matter what. Love is a firm foundation built with faith, hope, and peace. Love is what you get from your children when your chips are down because your husband says the marriage is over and wants a divorce, so you willingly sign the papers and you are out there searching for a new place to live. Love is the special place in your friends heart, and says it will all be alright soon, you ask when soon is and they tell you as soon as God heals your heart. Love is being accepted for who you are instead of someone wanting you to change into something you are not. Unconditional love is the best you can ask for, and the best you can receive.

Depending of my point of view ,and on my personal experience , I can say about love ,not define the love ,
It is some part of our soul , all of us feel its flame inside us , wherever we are , and no matter who we are and this human comprehensiveness is the outshine character to love ,but not define the love , while the ideological abstract define in to the branch of love merely , make from love personal feelings separated and detached to other human`s feelings , and define give impression as who close all other human feelings path , and who truly want to search about define love in other hearts , became as if he / she stand lonely in room surrounded with thousand mirror , and feel as wasted his / her real face .
The define always give limited materialist pattern, restrict our horizon of the feel , and always try to prove the point of view to someone and disprove the other one , just to keep up with ,and seems the others feelings worthless,
The more what we feel is more closer to realize our humanity in general , the more we are closer from the define ,this is my thought ,
And if you want to know my awareness to love at this moment ,The true love own the pain as the pain of the parturition`s moment, tore the wall of the heart to give birth to the new seed a raised and diffused in all over the soul to plant the wonderful feelings that can the human been own . it is the only our treasure we really own .it is God`s grace to the humanity The feelings of love inspire very sweetest taste in our soul and life , spreading through all of us , and each cell in us tasting this feelings became as addict get very great pleasure with especial flavor wine .and can not give up the true love which fall as soft rain in side and quench the thirst soul and keep knocking and tickling upon the heart in the lonely time playing its amazing tunes which never the memory can wipe off .
,this is the only thought I can think in it to the love for now , but the truth , there is no limitation for this feelings , as there is no limitation define for the life ,comprehensive in its pleats all the sort of feelings ,
And I think no one ,even the philosopher can define in specific words the human feelings , and I aware , God is love , so who can define God ? but we feel God , and our feelings depend on our knowledge and perceive to this life and in this life ,
And the word love will always has it nice sound to our heart in all cultures and through all the epoch and our ages , we are always in love . so finally love is love no need to define but need to feel ……..

Love casts out all fear. Love is eternal. Love is not proud, stuck up, love does not boast. The love of God is perfect love. I have been blessed with a loving family and friends. We should love all our fellow brothers and sisters of the world no matter their color, national origin or beliefs that are different than ours. Love is a great feeling.

God put us on this earth to be kind to one another. That is to treat others as you would want to be treated, with kindness. We may not like what some people do but that doesnt always make them bad people. So we should always treat people the way god treats us with kindness and love. We all make mistakes once in awhile but that doesnt make us a bad person. God still loves us for it. Love is the happy feeling we feel inside for doing good toward other people.

What is love and what does it mean to me??

To define love is to be able to say that you have experienced love. I believe that each person feels love the exact same and yet completely different. There is the love of our Father, the agape love. Unconditional...no matter what i do or say God loves me anyway. Someone once said that "God loves me just the way i am and yet too much to leave me that way". This is the kind of love that only a parent could have for his/her child. Which brings me to a mother's love.....There is nothing like the love of a mother and child. I can speak on this for hours. It is the greatest joy in my life. I am a single mother to 2 young sons that I absolutely adore. I love their laugh, i love their hair, their feet, their hands, their toes, their fingers...everything about them. They are the most important people in my life. i have struggled with drug addiction for the last several years and have really put them through alot, yet they love me still. i don't deserve them, but i thank God that i have them. I have been clean for 15 months and could not have done it without God and my 2 boys. Love is forgiveness, love is patient, and kind, and endures all things. Love to me, is a piece of my soul that cannot be taken or broken. Love comes from God alone. Love your family and friends and share your definition of love by your actions not just your words. Never forget how far love has brought you or how far it will take you. Always remember the way you felt when you realized that it was love that you were feeling...whether it be as a child in your dad's lap, as a teenager and that first boyfriend, on your wedding day, on the day of birth of your own children, or on the day when you lose someone that you love. There are so many good memories and bad memories that i think of when i think of love, but to me the meaning of love remains the same.

Rick

I just got married, and I'm finding out the true meaning of love. It's exactly what Jesus preached, lived and died for - the act of putting someone else before you, always. It's not just a feeling - it's a decision, and acting on that decision.

Nasonya Rowell

Love is something that you do; it is definitely not a feeling because you may not feel like showing someone love that may not deserve it in the natural. Love is giving someone mercy and forgiveness and overlooking their behavior when they wrong you or hurt you. Love has been the hardest part of my Christian walk because it hurts at times, but it truly is what seperates a person that says they are a Christian from one that a person can tell is a Christian.

Two years ago on March 6th of 2006 my mother passed away unexpectedly from complications to an outpatient surgery. My daughter was pregnant with my 1st grandchild. On June 5th 2006 on her due date my daughter went to the doctor to schedule her c-section for the next day. My granddaughter had passed away during the night, the cord ahd wrapped around her neck three times and as she was moving into the birth canal it strangled her.To me love is the comfort I felt from God going thru all my losses. And as a Loving God He is Friday on September 12th, 2008 God gave me another granddaughter she is beautiful and healthy. That is what love means to me.

What love means to me
September 17, 2008 10:15 AM

What love means to me is having uncondtional faith that you are here for a reason. The only reason being here is to give love. To let go of all ego and know that you are loved with a feeling inside you that is so comforting and overwhelming that you have no choice but to give it to others.
Even if people are angry with you, if they disagree with you, if they don't share your views, in the scheme of all life equals love. Love gets you through all things and more.! It erases hate, bitterness, creates miracles that is our God given birth right! . Love conquers. It's a feeling that no one should ever take away from others, and always give to others. It's a gift that should always be past on and opened over and over again.

God is love. If you have a relationship with Him and commune with Him. You will see that He is the epitome of love. Love is grace, mercy, unending, faithful, ever-giving, patient, kind, protects, trusts, hopes, perseveres, purely unconditional.

Love is Jesus who died for all humankind, including His enemies.

Love is a choice. Love is EVERYTHING! Love is Amazing.

Love is God who works through me. Each and every breath i take each day is love. When i see others walking, talking, holding hands, smiling, laughing, breathing, seeing, hearing, touching, clapping, praying and singing that is God love working through each and every individual. Its when your purpose on earth is being fulfilled each and every day. Its the miracles that are performed each day, when you open your eyes. Love is what i feel for you not even knowing you.
No greater love is the love our father has for us.

Love is God!

Love to me is the very essences of God. God is LOVE!! Every thing God has done for me and all those who know Him. I am OVERWHELMED every time I think about what Jesus Christ went through for me and I am NOT worthy of these things. But God forgives me of all my sins and lifts me up. My constant prayer is that He will help me to live my life so that others can see His love. Love. . . Love is God, Love is Jesus Christ, his Son and Love is the Holy Spirit. Love lives in all of us.

Love is an action word. Whether it is the act of showing kindness or compassion. The act of expressing the truth even if it hurts. Love compensates, covers and absorbs without retaliation. Love flies in the face logic and reasoning, sometimes resulting in seemingly negative outcomes but eventually triupmhing to reveal the warmth and faithfullness that love is. Love can be quiet--behind the scenes, but creating a powerful appreciation of feeling wanted and secure. What is love? God is love. God is in all of us. We are love! Let us all take the action of love today!

Love, Wow what a word. It says so much but at times says nothing at all. In growing up, I never heard those 3 words from my dad. I do now, but for many years I didn't. I have 4 kids. I tell them, "I love you" everyday. I don't ever want them to doubt if i loved them...I want them to know.
The love of Jesus is awesome. What he did on that cross is love. Doing something and not even thinking of what to get in return...that's love!

LOVE: there are so many meanings for this one small word.
one meaning is strong affection for another arising from kinship or personal ties.
another meaning is.... unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another..the fatherly concern of God for human kind.
LOVE to me is GOD...always there ready to help with anything. what greater love is there then to give your own life for someone you have never met in person? GOD did that for me,he died that I might live.He shed his blood so I could be forgiven of my sins. When I am sick I call on his promises that " BY MY STRIPES YOU ARE HEALED " wow who else could do that? only god has unconditional love nothing could ever make god not love us.

LOVE...TRUE Love is intstilled within my Heart, Soul, Spirit, and Mind for All Mankind, especially the ones Lost in this World, through the Blessing as one Gift of the HOLY SPIRIT, the HOLY BREATH Of Our GOD AlMIGHTY, working this wonderful passion within my human fleshly being.
This love was instilled in me in full, slowly as I spent 2 years seeking my Lord God the Creator of all we see, hear, touch, and taste in this present world. Seeking from HIM, peace of heart in prayer daily; due to I worked in a nursing home and saw such pain and death surrounding me. I was reaching out to God not knowing my Saviour, His Son.
One night while I sat half drunk with a beer in hand, I openly made this statement," I do not know this man called Jesus Christ, if HE passed me on the street I wish he would stop and introduce Himself to me."
Not many months later I was down in the bottom of the barrel; as low as a human being can possibly go, with a desperate illness.

Nearing the day of Easter, which we Christians use to remind ourselves of exactly what ALL it cost our Lord and Saviour to come to this Earth, in fleshly form, leaving the beauty of Heaven behind. To be abused, hated by the world, to Willing be abandoned upon the Cross, my His Father, just so human kind might be washed clean of all sins through Grace and Mercy. To be given the hope of Salvation and an eternal life after our physical death. Thus this is the meaning of TRUE LOVE. Our Beloved Christ held all of the sins of this world upon his strong shoulders compassionatley for OUR Sake.
MY Sins, YOUR Sins. NOW THAT WAS THE TRUE SIGN OF LOVE, for myself as well as all man kind.
Amazingly even His very own disciples and loyal followers were shocked beyond earthly mindspand; as Christ was resurrected to LIFE Eternal to reign at the right hand of our God our Creator, even though they had witnessed Christ's true love in healings and raising of the dead, yet their Faith failed and they doubted.
As I lay in my bed slowly recovering from this illness, very early one morning my Rooster crowed and awoke me. Suddenly like a slam of light to my very core, I remembered Peter, and the scripture concerning him and the Lord. Even though Peter denied it to the Lord, that he LOVED THE LORD SO THAT HE WOULD NEVER TURN HIS BACK ON HIM AND DENY HIM, and how the Lord had said to him, yes Peter you will deny me three times before the rooster crows. I LITERALLY shook as I waited for my Rooster to crow again, then I began to pray openly and earnestly, Forgive ME!, Jesus Christ for denying YOU in my life all these long years. Please Lord quickly open the door for I am knocking, I am seeking you in all earnesty. Such a quite feeling of great PEACE surrounded me inside and out. As I listened to my Rooster crow that third time. Through the crowing of a Rooster I came to sincerely know the Love of my Christ Jesus.

From that moment on I have KNOWN the TRUE and ABSOLUTE Honest meaning of LOVE. LOVE MEANS TO GIVE UP EVERYTHING YOU HOLD DEAR FOR THE SAKE OF ANOTHER, EVERYTHING. And in doing so, this gift entitles us to experience True LOVE; which will grow and grow and grow with each passing day.

I HUMBLY THANK MY LORD AND SAVIOUR FOR HIS UNDYING LOVE! PRAISE HIM for opening the door when I cried out in desperation.
TRUE LOVE TO EACH OF YOU, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND SAVIOUR.

What does Love Mean?
Love means you are always giving of yourself. No matter what the circumstances, and who the person is. To always be there for someone. To turn the other cheek, to forgive. To be Kind and understanding. To walk away and make someone stand on there own two feet if thats what it takes to make them see that they have to in order to help themselves, yet be there for them when they are ready for it. To be kind to yourself, because love beging within yourself. You have to love yourself within before you can truly love others.

This Love, God is Love and God shows me HIS Love everyday I wake and able to walk. He let me survive being hit by a fully loaded 18 Wheeler Gravel truck, I was driving a small Dodge D-50 pick-up truck. the big truck T-boned me and pushed me across 4 lanes into a telephone pole. I was in a coma for 6 days, my parents had been told that if I woke-up ,a 1 in 2 million chance, due to twisted Brain injury,I would be in rehab and probably not ever walk. I walked out of rehab 2.5 months after accident. While I was in Coma ; a friend came to me and told me I was going to be Okay and to go back it was not my time yet and if I didn't go back he would fight me back, I came out of coma to fight him! I had accident 6/6/93 the man who brought me out of coma died in house fire in 1984. The doctors and all my Therapist said my being a Marine is why I went through rehab so fast= Discipline. I went in Marines back in 1980 when Iranian Terrorist had 52 American Hostages, made the mistake and got out of Marines in 82. I am now involved in "The Crockett State School Epiphany" here in TX, a program that shows incarcerated youth, that God does Love them. I go there for a 3 day weekend twice a year and return for a reunion, one ay a month.

God is love. Perfect love casts out fear. Love as I have loved you. What does it all mean? God's love is a love that engulfs the 10 commandments and even more. It demands perfection from us, but because we can't be perfect God also provided a way out. Jesus Christ, who loved us so much he gave his life. If we love perfectly we can not sin. We would not cause harm or think harm or feel harm towards another. This is what love is. It is impossible to love this way, but it is something we are to strive towards. And because we can not, God made a way for us through Jesus. He is our way, our truth and our life.
When we are called to be ambassador's of Christ, we are called to act in love towards all, in thought deed and spirit.

Love means JESUS CHRIST; For God so loved the world... and the only one that loves perfectly! It means if one would want to know what love is look at Jesus :) Yes, we can say we love this or that in life but that is really just our prefrences, love is our passion what one would do that would cost all of oneself! What kind of love is this? The love of God that is shed abroad in our hearts through faith in his Son... the author and perfecter of that love !

Love is Jesus Christ dying for my sins,[willingly].Love is not retaliateing a nasty remark when one is addressed to me. Love is helping those in need, when I could have used the money otherwise. Love is obeying The Commands OUR LORD has laid out for us. To love THE LORD YOUR GOD, with your whole heart mind and soul, to love and treat others as I myself would want to be treated.Love is keeping my mind stayed upon Him, so that I do not obey the desires of theflesh.Love is standing up for right, when the world says it is wrong. Love is standing on the Promises that I might not fear nor be afraid. Love is taking up my cross and following Jesus daily.

To me love is a purposeful act, a decision made towards something or someone. And the greater we love a thing/person, the greater we want to spend time with that thing/person. To me love is not having expectations for something in return but to act unselfishly. Love was displayed by God sending His only Son to earth to die for your sins and mine. Love is described in I Corinthians 13. True love gives us peace, reassurance and a sense of calm.

Love, The only way I can describe love, is my Lord and Savior. When you walk out the door in the morning and on your way to work, look up. Every morning the sunrise takes my breath away. God starts our day with a beautiful sunrise and ends it with beautiful sunset.

We watch our children playing in the yard and when they say Mommie or Daddie who could give us a greater gift.

We watch our parents while they age, and see the joy in their eyes by such small thing. Their wisdom and joy just touches our hearts in so many ways.

When we stray from God and do things that we shouldn't, we pay the consequences of our actions, sometimes that is God pulling us back to him.

What kind of love wakes us up in the morning in beauty, end our day with beauty and in between touches our hearts in so many ways. Who draws us back even when we have done wrong and blesses us so immensely. That my brothers and sisters is LOVE.

LOve is a feeling, that from early childhood, gives you the butterflies in your stomach ( a good feeling ). Love is faith.....Love is Hope. Love is hearing Chris' "Amazing Grace", for I realize just how much God loves me. You know, it is always said, "God works in mysterious ways"....well so does His love. I reconnected last year with someone from my college days, whom we were the best of friends, and should have taken our relationship further, but each mad bad choices. This is 30 years ago, and we used to see each other at Alumni functions, and the feeling was always there. But we know that God works on His time and schedule, not ours. We didn't see each other for 16 years, but when we did, we just knew. And we knew that it was God who introduced us 30 years ago, and brought us back together after so long. The first thing I said to Becky when I saw her was, "I've been in love with you for 30 years". And that was it. Never doubt God's love for GOD IS GOOD!!! Amen!

Love is putting the needs of another first without thought to what rewards it might bring to you, and being glad you did so. "There is not greater love than a man should lay down his life for another".

Love is loving the unlovely. Which means even when someone has hurt you you keep loving them but you don't have to like them at that moment.
Love is unconditional! Sometimes it is very hard to do and that is when you say God right now I cannot love this person and I need you to do it for me today and help me to get pass this. God know our hearts.

Love is gving freely without expectation of anything in return. It is the soft sweet sound of stillness in the midst of the chaos in our lives. Love is the gentleness of a cool breeze and the tender kiss of sunlight beaming from above.....love is my Savior dying on the cross for me when I did nothing to deserve his grace and mercy....Love is belonging to our heavenly Father and know that someday we will all be singing glorious praise to him face to face.

Love means to me a sacrifice of self for the greater good of another. We see this demonstrated in so many ways throughout life. Infantcy through teenage years (especially) lol, to returning love to our parents in the end. Love in scripture does not boast and counts no wrongs. It does not envy, is not rude and selfseeking. Love always protects, even those who have sinned against you. Love never fails! So many times I fail in love even with my children, but My perfect example that keeps me comming back for more is My Savior "Jesus" . His perfection on the cross at Calvary, set me free and clothed me with the ability to love like him. The sacrifical, never failing, enduring love of life. This is what love means to me.

Love is standing with and supporting those who are less fortunate than we are. Those who are hungry, hurting, sick, and loosing their jobs. Whether it be friend, family, or enemy we need to give of ourselves to help those in need.

LOVE can be defined in many ways, but 1 Corin 13 says it all. In this day and age many see love as a feeling or emotion, when in fact love is an action, a verb not just a noun. Christ is the perfect example of love. Love is never self-seeking, but is sacrificial. HE died for all mankind so that we might live, and to me that is true love. Love is not about looks, because looks will vanish, we will age, and our bodies change. Love is not about romance, passion, and "feelings" because that to changes from day to day. Situations and circumstances come and test us,our faith, and relationships. Love is not selfish and it does not hold grudges.Love quite simply forgives the unforgivable, and loves the unlovable. Christ tells us in the word that we are to turn the other cheek, and to "love our neighbor as we love ourselves." Well, then that brings me to another issue...to truly love we have to love ourselves. Love is about respect.
The cross is the greatest scrificial love ever! There is no greather love than when one gives their lives for another. Our soldiers in Iraq and other countries that die for us do so because they LOVE their country.
Love is God in the flesh. Love never fails and will stand forever.

Love is something inexplicable, tangible, yet unable to be held in your hands. It can only be found in the hearts of those who have felt its power. It is given freely, but can't be taken. It is only through love that we can bear all things, believe all things, and never fail.

Love is an emotional feeling and caring for others in your life. To be there when needed and to step away when not. Thank you so much!

Love means total acceptance of who you really are. Everyone walks around with varied layers of deception. Love is that trust in someone with whom you can remove those layers and not be frightened of their reaction. It's more than just unconditional. It's also supporting and uplifting. I recently lost my wife, and she was the love of my life. She saw potential in my character that I never considered. I only hope I can live up to and become that person she always knew I was capable of becoming. She truly was my "better" half because she made me a better person. That is what love means to me.

Love to me means caring sharing and holding (any others) around you as important if not more important than you. Reaching out to those who need caring is what we are told to do by Jesus but when you have a love for humanity it is something you want to do. Sharing the word of God is knowing that those around you even those who need care are loved by God just as you are. God doesn't love anyone any more or less than the next person. We all have 24 hours in a day and we all have Gods love those 24 hours each day. We just need to see it and show it. Holding and lifting people in prayer is the best thing one can do for each other. Edifying each other and encouraging one another, servng one another is Love. And God would be smiling down knowing that each of us is doing just that.

Love is when you can forgive those who have done wrong towards. Love comes ffrom within your heart...where Jesus is. Jesus is love-there is no other way to define it. I found love when I found Christ. I can truthfully now say I love myself.

love means to be fully dedicated to someone or something. i think the word love is definded as the great fellings you have for another. in our world today, the word love is used to loosly. people say, "i Love pizza!" this love is way different then the Love you Boyfriend or Girlfriend has for you. i am offten guilty of using love loosly as well. but the true meaning of love is defined from God. Love is him dying on the cross, Love is him giving us the gift of Heavan.

Love is actions not words. love is the little things you do just to make someone else's day. to bring a smile to someone else's heart and lips. love is following Jesus' example. He is love magnified!

Love means to me when God gave is only begotten son to save all of us from the sin of this world. He loved us so much this was his way to show us he is GOD. It means my whole life to know that I have a spritial Father that loves me more than my own birth parents. Love to me is the most important emotional feeling that everyone I pray experiences in their life time. It's not something you give and then take back. Once I love someone that love is there in my heart for my eternality. As our Father in heaven has for us.. No matter how bad we may be he still loves us and forgives us. I try my best to do the same for those that I love and to let them know everyday how very much I love them no matter what they do good or bad.. That I would like it if they would try harder to be good and do their very best to witness for God and Jesus is son everyday.

Love is Kind, Love is Patient, Love is Strong unwavering, Love is Forgiving, Love is Understanding, Love is Unconditional.

There are many kinds of Love: The Love a mother has for her children, The Love that a man has for his wife, The Love we have for the Lord, The Love we have for our neighbors, friends, and Church Family.

True Love is not easy to find or to keep. The only true love that we are garrented is the Love of our Lord and Savior.
God demonstrated his great Love for us when he sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. That is true undieing Love. The Lord said: There is no greater Love than that of a man willing to lay down his life for a friend.

I Love my husband, God made him just for me. We have known this for what seems all our lives. The only other man that I Love more than my husband is the Lord God himself, for without him there would be no Love.

Love for me is GOD He has been there with me even when I wasn't trying to live right. Even when I knew nothing about His grace. Now He is using me to help others that are where I've been to find Him. Love is knowing that no matter what is going on I can turn to Him for anything in any condition!!

Love is God foreseeing that my father would work with a christian man who invited my family to church where my father and mother gave their hearts to Him. Because of this, I was raised from the age of 7 in church where I gave my heart to God and eventually met the man I married who is also a christian. God loving us so much gave us three beautiful children after being told by doctors my husband would never father children. We raised our children in church. Our marriage has lasted 27 years. We believe God's love is the key to our marriage. Love is this and so much more. If I had to define love in just one other word it would be God.

I learned about love in two ways. First, my big brothers brought me to a youth group event when I was in jr. high and I heard the gospel message for the first time in my life. I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior but didn't truly understand the power of His love until several years later. After going through some very painful life experiences--including physical abuse, mental illness, and thoughts of suicide--I learned that even though I had in a sense walked away from God, He was always there beside me and urging me to come back to His loving arms. The second way I learned about love was when I met my husband. Before meeting him, I thought that true love was a myth--that men only wanted to rape you or beat you. My husband is a gift from God--and I praise Him every day that he has given me the best example of true love, next to the love of my heavenly Father.
