Here are two new exciting updates for fans awaiting the November 21 release of the first movie from Stephenie Meyer’s “Twilight” series.

First, the new movie trailer! The new trailer is heavy on the Bella scenes, focusing on Bella Swan looking concerned, quizzical, and, perhaps, conflicted (we presume) over her vampire soul mate Edward Cullen.

Whether there will be four film features to complement each of the four “Twilight” novels is up in the air after the extremely mixed reaction to Book 4. But, then again, I think we “Twilight” fans should be happy with what we’ve got to look forward to in the next few weeks….

Second, if the trailer’s not enough to satisfy your “Twilight” cravings, you can spend time analyzing the new “Twilight” movie soundtrack.

Everyone who knows anything about Stephenie Meyer knows how important music is to her writing–it’s the source of her inspiration for characters and scenes, and it’s where she finds her muse. So for fans the soundtrack is required listening. The CD will be released in stores and on the web on Tuesday, November 4th. For now, check out the lineup:

Muse — Supermassive Black Hole

Paramore — Decode

The Black Ghosts — Full Moon

Linkin Park — Leave Out All The Rest

MuteMath — Spotlight (Twilight Mix)

Perry Farrell — Go All The Way (Into The Twilight)

Collective Soul — Tremble For My Beloved

Paramore — I Caught Myself

Blue Foundation — Eyes On Fire

Rob Pattinson — Never Think

Iron & Wine — Flightless Bird, American Mouth

Carter Burwell — Bella’s Lullaby

More “Twilight” posts are coming soon as the movie release approaches. (Yay!)
