As I was waiting at the train station in Barcelona, I noticed that the person next to me kept looking at his watch even though he knew what time the train was coming. It made me contemplate how we’ve become human doings instead of human beings.

The Higher Health (Part 2)
In the first post we discussed the possibility that higher health was possible, reaching beyond our current conception of wellness.  Such an advance depends on two things. The first, which isn't new, is to comply with the current prevention measures that too many people ignore.  The words "diet, e

One American Dream Fades - Will Another Be Born?
The United States remains the country that foreigners criticize the most and want to move to the most. Pursuing the American dream remains a potent motivator for every wave of immigration. The checking of the watch in a compulsive way accomplishes at least two things, neither of them positive. The first is to impose your stress on any and all around you. The second is to become even more stressed, turning yourself ever tighter in frustration. Strangely, as distressing as it is to do this, there is also something about this extremely high anxiety state that is almost compelling. I would not be surprised to see some very interesting neural-chemical processes at work, and at the risk of going way out on a limb, I suggest they may share similarities with cocaine.

yeah yeah yeah – sounds like Wayne Dyer: = “how we’ve become human doings instead of human beings.” blah blah blah
I know you are baiting us to respond – but why the Jr High school level ? . . ..huh Deepak huh???
Just kidding -
Of course the uninspected life has a dullness and droid like unconsciousness to it we all have felt and have either felt through or not yet. And we feel heaviness and infectiousness – and we want to run . . . and some of us do and never return – at least not as that particular dilemma in our growth.
The time is over to talk lightly about spiritual Awakening and personal transformation and continuing to try to fix our mistaken identity as a separate person. we need to stop metaphorically referring to watching our lives and feelings as if they were in a mirror on video tape in a life removed.
Our discussion needs to turn consciously inside to the questios in each of us as to: “how is our Spiritual Well Being?” Can we see our growth – do or are we even looking for movement?
We are all unconscious and we are all conscious. All of us!!!
All of these blogs and expressions are just why each of us is here.
So . . .
The question on the table: = “who are we and what are we doing here?”

First, I am grateful there are people like you, Deepak, willing and able to share your compassion and passion on assisting others like me to remember and contemplate on what is important in life and to become more aware of our feelings. Insight and knowledge are only gained by listening and sharing with others. This was a wonderful reminder for me today to be grateful and peaceful and I thank you with my heart. I will now enjoy some yoga with great intent and gratitude
