Drink fresh brewed coffee.
Brew fresh ground coffee.
Grind fresh roasted coffee.
It’s too bad you couldn’t find some JBM that is fresh – I’m sure it would be much better!
The Zass grinders make great coffee at the cost of some effort.
The conical burr is a good solution – if you get tired of the hand crank, the Baratza grinders have a conical burr set (of equal or better quality) and are powered.
I miss my Zass – I sent it with my sister when she went to China to teach English.

Just had some Jamican Blue Iced Coffee, apparently someone out there is bottling it. Very smooth, and it seemed to taste more like the beans and less like a sweetened drink…

Had Blue Mt. coffee fresh in Jamaica about three years ago. Certainly good. But, when it’s all said and done I’d just as soon have fresh Tim Horton’s ….
