Yes, I’ve had my copy of this book for some time. And am waiting until Lent to take a reading a day. Am again rereading “The Jesus Creed,” right now, as well.
And I look forward to finally getting my own copy of a BCP. Actually a 1978 Australian version of it, not easy to come by it seems, even in Australia. But recommended by a professor here. So I’m looking forward to getting into that, as well.

Until this year, none of the churches I have attended participated in Lent. So this is all new to me, and I look forward to it — including the series here on the blog.

For Lent, I’m giving up works-based righteousness.

Thanks for this info Scot. Lent is one of the most spiritually renewing times of the year for me – as of 3 years ago! I’m in need of good material to follow. Looking forward to reading 40 days Living the Jesus Creed.
