So Dallas is the New Jerusalem? I now have to re-orient my whole theology and/or geography!

I had the privilege of interviewing Wayne Smith who is the Chairman of the board of Elders at IBC this past Thursday by phone. We’ve never met face to face but he blew me away with his generosity, wisdom and kindness. He mentioned the retreat and what an awesome experience it was for everyone.
All that to say I’m tracking right with you as far as being a huge fan of Irving Bible Church.

Very cool. We’re starting a new little church here in Dayton (Tennessee) and our pastor hails from the IBC pastoral staff. We are lucky to have him indeed!

Any idea when this book will be out? Will it cover the topics you covered at Ashland Seminary? I was there and your presenations were awesome.

Wade,
Thanks much for the note and question.
The Ashland lectures will, I hope, be finished this summer or perhaps as late as next Fall and they will then be submitted. This book will be on the gospel.
The talks in Dallas are from a new book I almost finished today. It will be off the desk Wednesday but I don’t want to disclose the title yet. It’s evangelizes folks to be disciples.
