Your interview with Tucker was your best. Keep it up.

I always thought the "a" in askance was pronounced like the "a" in "air", not like "ah." David, here's some free advice, which is worth exactly what you paid for it: stay relentlessly positive. I know you're talking about some disillusioning experiences, I know that some old friends are beating you up in the media. But just stay confident that you're telling the truth and doing the right thing. Otherwise, someone's going to lock in on something you say in a moment of frustration and replay it forever to discredit you. It's a tough couple weeks, you're on the record 24/7, but please try to stay positive, lest your message be unfairly ignored. Also, I disagree with what you wrote before-- I think Amy Sullivan got it wrong in her article today. The subhead of her article reads "Bush really does disdain evangelicals," and she calls out Dems for... I don't know, not going on Meet the Press and calling out President Bush as being a lousy Christian. That wouldn't elevate the tone in Washington DC.

You're not alone. Many evangelicals like me are very much aware that you're telling the truth. Thank you so much! Lee Lauridsen
