A friend – a dear, wonderful friend – gave me an autographed copy of Bono: in conversation with Michka Assayas a few years ago. I gave it a very quick read and put it on my list of books that I was going to really, really read. Last night I glanced at my huge stack of books I am going to really, really read and picked it out.

Prepare for lots of Bono quotes in the days to come. It is a spectacular book.
Here’s a great one about how he sees himself:
