I'm back here at JWalking after a bit of time because I just want someplace to record thoughts from time to time. I doubt that many of the thoughts will be political - there are plenty upon plenty of people offering their opinions on everything political and I doubt that I have much to add that will

I have, I think, just one more round of chemo left.
When I go through my pill popping regimen tomorrow morning it will be the last time for this particular round of drugs. Twenty-three rounds, it seems, is enough.

"I wish I could see the angels"
Livvy is going through an "I'm scared" phase at night. She wants us to sleep in her bed and check on her all the time. As I write, her shades are up, a little nightlight is on, and she's hugging her Raggedy Ann...and a dozen other stuffed animals... simultaneously.

David–your dog looks amazing!! Clearly, our canine companions are worth more than all the lexapro, lunesta, etc. in the land. Right now I can’t finish washing the bedding b/c one of my airedale/golden mixes looks so angelic sleeping on the bunched up blanket on top of our bed. I can’t bear to disrupt her. Didn’t Harding have an airedale in the White House? Hmmmmmmm……………
