From early reports, an 88-year-old white supremacist opened fire with a shotgun at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C., seriously wounding a security guard and sustaining fire in return before being apprehended, also seriously wounded. There are all kinds of possible resonances to this, but before everyone starts hyperventilating about how American Jews are in danger: Remember that we live in a big country, one that also happens to be well armed. With 300 million people, there are bound to be more than a few nuts. Some of those nuts will be anti-Semites. That there should be some hateful duffer with a shotgun, ready to blast, is really no surprise. Thank God no one was killed, and let’s pray the security guard comes through. But don’t draw any dramatic conclusions from this. Also reflect on that fact that while church shootings are tragically common, attending a synagogue, again thank God, is quite safe.

The fact that you take comfort because there are more church shootings is unsettling. Does that make you an Anti Christian?
Doesn’t the Holocaust Museum’s existence make Jews, Jewish Supremacists, since World War 2 was a holocaust in which 60 million people died and there have been plenty of other holocausts? Please explain.
What about the Russian Superholocaust where tens of millions of Russian peasants and Christians were slaughtered when Jewish Supremacists got control of the Russian government.
Wouldn’t Christians in the United States be wiser to remember the Superholocaust so it never happens again. Perhaps that was on the mind of the 88 year old nut.
Or maybe the 88 year old nut was upset because Jewish Supremacists, Israel and the American Israeli Public Action Committee has more say in his government than he does. What do you think?
It might be that the 88 year old nut was upset because there is a slow motion holocaust being committed against Palestinians and Christians in the Middle East. Or maybe he’s upset because our Christian children are in the Middle East killing Muslims and being killed by them and coming home with horrible brain injuries and the United States has been bankrupted by Jewish Supremacist neocons.
Perhaps the nuts are the ones who visit the Holocaust Memorial. Perhaps we need to re-examine Nazi history with modern forensic technology and determine what actually happened rather than believing the Jewish Supremacist version. Maybe the 88 year old nut is a historian. Or perhaps his family was slaughtered in Russia by Jewish Supremacists and he’s pissed off.
Or it could be that he thinks a memorial to the Civil War belongs in Washington DC rather than a memorial to something that happened in Europe.

His point was that this was a lone Nut-Job and there is no reason to turn it into anything else. America as a whole doesn’t share that insane paranoia and hatred as illutrated by the diversity of the witnesses/ patrons at the museum. The only people that mis-understood what Mr. Kinghoffer meant were those of you with Tin-foil hats, hiding in the basement from Alien abduction…go take your meds or the nurse will take away your computer time.
