Are all these struggles and their suffering merely disparate circumstances, void of meaning and viscious in intent, or are these vicissitudes of life invisible structures placed before us, meant to reveal both the ladder to the heavens and the soul created to ascend it? How we answer this question determines the direction and the outcome of our individual existence.

I am tired of suffering about one thing or another. The childhood abuse sexual, emotional, mental and physical. My gambling addicted husband, who no doubt cheats on me regularly and denies it. The loss of a good friend much too soon. The way my family treats me as the scapegoat or doormat. I try to put myself in gods hands. I hate being this way. I could use some tips on how to get out of this. It all has caused me severe anxiety and depression to the point I can bearly function. I need help
