Jacki, Beliefnet’s mission is to help people “find, and walk, a spiritual path that will bring comfort, hope, clarity, strength, and happiness.” We represent and welcome people of all faiths as well as those struggling with issues of doubt and those who are searching. I respect those who believe that the Harry Potter books are not consistent with their understanding of the Bible and others who find that its portrayal of the battle against evil reflects Biblical values. If you are looking for Christian movie reviews, I recommend Christianity Today or gospelcom.net
I appreciate your taking the time to write and raise your concerns and if you have any other questions or comments, please let me know.
