Movie Release Date:2006

“Is that the same guy that was just sucking the blood out of the dead horse?” That was my question to the critic sitting next to me in the middle of the movie. I liked the first Underworld. I thought [...]

MPAA Rating:R
Movie Release Date:2005

Going over the same ground as the original 1975 cult classic and its many derivative offspring, this “Amityville Horror” provides enough of a shiver for novice horror fans to guarantee an opening-weekend audience but, for more well-versed fans of the [...]

Freddy vs. Jason

I hope needless to say, this extremely violent movie is only for the hard-core fans of the genre who are old enough not to be traumatized by it. Since I do not think I can be fair to these movies, [...]

More from Disney's Next Release: Planes
[iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/HjcPOZ_z3Ts"] This video, featuring music by the film's composer, Mark Mancina, is much more appealing than the trailer.  I'm beginning to look forward to it.  And do we get a hint that train and boat movies may follow?

Jerry Lewis is Back (in France) With a New Movie -- A Drama
They really do love Jerry Lewis in France, so where better to premiere his first movie in 23 years than Cannes?  The 87-year-old legendary funny man appears in a drama called "Max Rose," about an elderly widower, co-starring with Claire Bloom.  The Hollywood Reporter has an exclusive clip.
