After years of terror, corruption, cancer-stricken Chavez cries out to Jesus on state TV
After years of criticizing the church, kicking out Christian missionaries, assisting terrorists and praising atheists, Venezuela’s mercurial strongman, Hugo Chavez, came home from a botched cancer treatment in Cuba, then took to Venezuela’s airwaves to call out to Christ for help.

Understanding Christian Political Engagement
Guest Blogger: Bethany Blankley
Pastor Charles Worley of Maiden, North Carolina created a firestorm among Christians and non-Christians when he suggested that homosexuals be rounded up and put inside electrical fences, left to die. Obviously, this is not the Christian message of loving our neighb

Why would "anti-bullying" youth convention speaker mock the Bible, Christian teens?
The report is difficult to believe: A paid “anti-bullying” expert is caught on video ranting at a national convention of high schoolers and is recorded bullying the Christian kids who were offended by his obscenities. They quietly follow his advice to homosexual youth in his “It Gets Better Pr

Are Americans finding God in cyberspace?
Will the church of the future be on line?
We seem to be heading that way, says think-tank president Ron Sellers who points to recent findings that among American adults who use the Internet, 44 percent use it for religious purposes.
"This is particularly common among younger Americans," say

Are "unacceptable religions" fatal for U.S. presidential candidates?
Is there an unwritten religious litmus test for the U.S. presidency? Do voters require candidates to be "not just religious, but acceptably religious"? Yes, say Northwest Nazarene University professors Steve Shaw and Darrin Grinder.

Thank you to belief.net to bring this into your website and to your readers.
Many feel scientology has nothing to do with them, but then most of have have really no personal connection with anyone in Tibet and many of us feel the need to sign petitions and send support to the Tibetans.
The type of abuses currently extant within the secret walls of corporate scientology decry the use of the word religion when it speaks of itself.
Please consider signing the petition. You need not use your full name or even give your zip code. If you are out of the country, that OK – skip the zip code question.
What is important is getting 5,000 names from 5,000 unique ISP addresses …
Thank you.

I served and contributed to this “CHURCH” for 35 years.
Upon my exit and speaking out against cult leader David Miscavige they built a malicious hate (tabloid) web site on with information from my confessional folder mixed with LIES and embellishment.
My son was manipulated to guide me to this hate website and disconnected (ex-communicated) from me.
Then as is the normal nature of the “CHURCH” they tried to set me up the felony of Child Trafficking !
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have seen the darker side of this “CHURCH.”
It has morphed into a criminal entity that hides under the cloaking of “religion” to cover up Brutal and Sadistic lock downs, (You Tube Maureen Bolstad Scientology) kidnapping, held against well, Sleep deprivation, enforced diet of rice and beans and retribution worthy of Mafia THUGS.
Religion Indeed !

Hello. Help us out with this. This isn’t an attack on any religion, but rather to get the evil doers out of the Church of Scientology.
With 300 documented abuses in evidence, one wonders why nothing is being done. This petition is to get a Special Prosecutor appointed to investigate why not.
New handy url, (since the other tiny url was hacked and doesn’t work in an address bar)

As a former member of this “Church” including working for it for 19 years .I would strongly urge anyone reading this blog to take the few minutes it takes to go to the link on the previous comment and sign in and sign the petition.
