This was a very interesting podcast. I am interested in mindfulness and meditation. I am currently a Buddhist under the Nichiren Diashonin tradition through the layman org SGI. However, I am looking at various schools and Buddhist practices. Is there a meditation center in South Jersey or Philadelphia?
