Feeling a Bit Like a Puffy Blimp?

Click to Mix and Solve

Is the heroine of our puzzle a fashion victim, screaming from the sheer frustration of it all or just a bit puff-ed out from too many margaritas with salt, sushi dipped in soy sauce and/or popcorn sprinkled heavily with salt?

In other words, someone who is feeling a bit blimpy?
Instant help is on the way. Here's what to do!

Eat fabulously rich sources of potassium, such as bananas, sweet potatoes and edamame (minus the salt, duh!). Potassium is sodium's kryptonite. It captures the sodium and flushes the excess out in your urine. Bloating relieved; blimp challenge solved!

PS: The clock is tickin'. Only 5 days to enter the "What Foods Do You Find Irresistible? giveaway." You could WIN ME! Woo hoo. We've got 120 entries (as of this moment, and they are all fabulous and oh so entertaining! Click here for details.

Hi Janice, Have you ever tried alkaline water? I started drinking it, and I lost 8 lbs. and 5 inches from my belly the first week. You can either add drops to a glass of water, or you can use a water ionizer to get an alkaline ph in your water. It has helped me so much, and I feel so much better.

I really enjoy your articles on Beliefnet.

Dear Janice,

Does today's heroine have a Chanel logo in her mouth....or am I just seeing things?

I just love the greatest verse in the Bible: God so loved the world that he gave his only begotton son, so we could have life everlasting, if we believe in Jesus Christ our Lord.

This Bible verse give me alot of confort and peace of mind. I do believe if we are truly sorry for any wrong we do and live to the best of our earthly ability in the Spirit and believe with all our heart that Jesus dyed on the Cross for our sins, we will have eteranl life with God the Father, Son & Holy Spirit. WHAT A WONDERFUL THOUGHT THAT IS. There really is alot more to live for if we only start to realize what this life is all about. Do not put your treasures in this earthly life. Live a good life an ask God everyday for his wisdon and guidance and truly believe and you will be happy every day of your life. Even during hard times you truly can find peace in your heart when you have your faith in God. In Jesus name I give this comment.
