I was recently talking to one of my star coaching clients (each and everyone of you a star in your own way). Betty (the names have been changed to protect the innocent) said, "I know I should fill up on happiness instead of food."
Her comment led to a rich and satisfying conversation about happiness and how it affects our weight. It is a way bigger challenge to stay the course, and lose weight when you are feeling unhappy, depressed or sad; isn't it? Weight loss is about a lot more than just food and exercise.
To that end, here follows a download of a 'body' for you to fill with happiness ... Happy Body.pdf. Be sure to listen/watch the video. It explains all!
Spread the word ... NOT the icing!

Your body is like a coal furnace. You have to keep it stoked to keep the metabolism going. I eat protein before I go to bed and get at least 7-8 hrs sleep. You burn fat at night. Without the protein, your furnace shuts down. I had bypass surgery 1 year ago. Eating high protein keeps the metabolism going even without exercise. I have lost 150 lbs so far. Fiber/filler like lettuce is not the answer. Protein is! This works.
I need you guys help and prayer
