Water Day: Drink Enough Holy Water to Frighten Noah …

The Ten Commandments of Permanent Fat Removal: Commandment #7: “Thou shalt drink enough Holy Water to frighten Noah and map out all the restrooms in thy village.”10CommandFRON.jpg
Today is National Water Day!
A good time to remember that drinking water is IMPORTANT!!!!
Because …
We are mostly water. Between 60% and 70% of our body weight is water; our brains are 75% water. Imagine how dried up your thinking is without water? Your skin? Wrinkle city!!! Your intestinal track? Can anything glide through it??? A deficiency of water can alter the concentration of electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, and chloride. Water has a profound effect on brain function and energy levels!
Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of fresh water daily! I know that you think you’ll have to stop at every bathroom from here to Timbuktu, but not true. Your body will adjust rather quickly and happily!
For those of you who are just not into water, try fruit flavored water.
Fruit2O has just come out with a new line of flavored waters that are drenched in vitamins and minerals!
Bottoms Up!
And for those who would like the full 10 Commandments: click here!
Spread the Word … NOT the icing,
Janice

Dysfunctional Chef: Sloppy-Joe, the Ultimate Comfort Food
Anyone out there remember the "Manwich?"  In 1969, Hunt's introduced its Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce and it revolutionized the Sloppy Joe.  It sure was a staple in our kitchen.  My mother, the gourmet, used to break it out on special occasions.   No disrespect meant, Mom.  :) Here's

Fruit2O is what I drink all day, because we get it for the kids. Looks like this is more grownup. I feel ignorant – I looked at the flavors – what the heck is acai?
