Happiness Sneaks In.jpgHow to Kick-Start Your Pursuit of Happiness by Janice Taylor
As a life coach and author, I have worked with thousands of people who are searching for their life happiness. My work is to move them toward their authentic selves, helping them to generate enough happiness to light up all of Las Vegas and Times Square combined!
What I’ve seen is that people who “fill up on happiness” are more likely to naturally take actions that move them in the direction of their goals. They also tend to burn more calories, and attract happy and successful people into their lives.
What do I mean by “fill up on happiness?” I mean choose to find happiness–not negativity, gossip, mind-numbing TV shows, or empty calories–in the world around you. The following tips, techniques, and happiness quotes should get you started.
Find out what happiness is for you. At the end of this gallery, print out and create your own “Happiness Circle!” Your joyful journey starts now

Hi Janice!
I just happened to come across your website this morning. I love your philosophy of life. I am a mother of 20 year old twins about to embark on becoming an empty nester this fall. I have lost 86 lbs. and have kept my weight off for 7 years. I am very interested in becoming a life coach myself. I love helping people and a offering up advice that has helped me in my life in regards to motivation and weight loss. I have not been able to find my lifes true passion and it has been a difficult road for me lately. I want so badly to do something creative and with purpose. I am not much of a risk taker and often my fears to pursue things in life get the better of me. Any advice? I’m interested in how to get started. I’m interested in researching a life coach career in Michigan. Pleae feel free to e-mail me any time.
Best Regards
Michele Trombley

I guess to middle age persons who start to gain weight, losing body weight and even getting a sexy six pack in 3 months, would be one of the happiness seeds, wouldn’t it ?
I personally lose 22lbs in 3months and just would like to share my experience with anyone that is interested…check out my url if you want to know how I made it.

I couldn’t agree with you more, the junk people watch on t. v.,and the binge eating.
Happiness is a choice,”if life feeds you lemons make lemonade”
The problem lies in people’s heads,not outside…

Laughter and happiness is good for the soul! As far as weight loss goes, we should all have some kind of abs workouts – routine. Don’t forget about a cardiovascular workout integrated into your regular abs workouts. Keep hydrated and eat as healthy as you can … eat lots of fruits and veggies.

Feeling over weight can make a person very unhappy in their lives. If you want to make a change you have to set a goal for yourself and start taking action. You need to start eating healthier, and start and exercise program. I started working out and eating healthier and it gave me a huge boost in my self confidence.
